A few things you may want to know before applying to join Seer Collective.
Who can become a Seer Collective Advisor?
We welcome experienced intuitive readers, astrologers, mediums, spiritual mentors, and practitioners across a range of guidance modalities. We look for depth of practice, professionalism, integrity, and a thoughtful approach to working with clients. Every application is reviewed individually.
What are the benefits of joining?
Advisors join a carefully curated community with individual profiles, platform payment processing, and opportunities for promotion, collaboration, and professional growth. We also plan optional monthly online Advisor Circles, sometimes hosted by Athena or our head Advisor, to share ideas, explore approaches, and learn from one another.
Will Seer Collective help me find new clients?
Yes. We plan to actively market the Collective and introduce individual Advisors through email, social media, search, paid campaigns, and featured opportunities. Our goal is to help new clients discover your work, although no specific number of bookings can be guaranteed.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. Advisors set their own prices for the services they choose to offer, reflecting their experience, specialty, and the type and length of each session. Clients will see the price before purchasing.
Do I manage my own appointments?
Yes. For now, Advisors are responsible for coordinating and managing their own appointments directly with clients, including scheduling and session arrangements. Clients purchase and pay for services through Seer Collective.
Does Seer Collective take a commission?
Yes. Seer Collective retains a share of eligible service payments to support the platform, payment processing, marketing, and operations. The applicable commission and payout terms will be provided for your review before you agree to join.
Can I continue working with my existing clients?
Yes. Joining Seer Collective does not require you to give up your independent practice or existing clients. Bookings and client relationships that originate through Seer Collective are subject to the platform's agreed policies.
Is everyone who applies accepted?
No. We are intentionally building a smaller, carefully selected Collective. We consider experience, alignment with our values, professionalism, and the mix of specialties in the network. Some applicants may be invited to a further conversation or considered for a future opening.
